MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE STRASBURG TOWN COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION HELD ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2007, AT 7:15 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE TOWN HALL.

COUNCIL MEMBERS present:  Mayor Crisman, and Council Members Nicholson, Rinker, Taylor, Terndrup, and Whittle. 

PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS present:  Chairman Smith, Commissioners Davis, Elliott, Kepler, and Terndrup. 

Mayor Crisman opened the Public Hearings:

o        Robert Lake, Et Al requesting that property identified as Parcel Identification Number (PIN): 016 ((A)) 108 and 111 be rezoned from 11.8 acres of X-Transitional to Residential (R-2).  The property is located at 774 Capon Road.

Patrick Sowers, PHR&A:  Mr. Sowers was in attendance to answer any questions.  He explained there was a plan to loop a road through the development instead of having two cul-de-sacs.

Being no other speakers, the Public Hearing closed at 7:17 p.m.

o        B & P Unlimited, LLC, requesting that property identified as Parcel Identification Number (PIN): 016 ((A)) 099B and 099C be rezoned from .774 acres of X-Transitional to Residential (R-2).  The property is located adjacent to 793 Capon Road.

            Being no speakers, the Public Hearing closed at 7:19 p.m.
