UTILITY TAX - SECTION 26-8 |
Residential User: Tax shall be 20% of charge (exclusive of any Federal Tax) made by the seller against the purchaser with respect to each utility service. On the amount charged in excess of $5.00 -no tax computed.
Commercial/Industrial: Tax shall be 20% of first $50.00 of charge (exclusive of any Federal Tax) on amount in excess of $50.00 - no tax computed.
