Public meetings, which are deemed essential, will be conducted electronically and with limited in-person access. Instructions for participating can be found here or at the link above

Nonessential meetings will also be conducted electronically and with limited in-person access.

The Town of Strasburg Visitor Center is currently closed.

*We will continue to update this page regularly with additional information on public meetings and other events.

CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS

The Town has begun preparations to ensure our essential services are maintained and staff is protected. Below you can find information on what we are doing to ensure we are able to continue to safely provide services to our community.

TOWN HALL

The public in encouraged to conduct their business online via email  at info@strasburgva.com or over the phone. You can reach our friendly staff at (540) 465-9197.

If the services you require need to be performed in person, customers can enter the front portion of Town Hall only if they have a face covering in accordance with Governor Northam's Executive Orders. Town staff will have paper masks available for those who need them to access services with the Town of Strasburg. We have a drop off window for simple transactions that faces the Town Hall parking lot.

Water/Sewer bills may be paid online, placed in the night drop box, or paid in person. Instructions for paying online can be found on our website or by clicking here, and online processing fees will be credited back to the account. Alternately, you can pay by check by dropping the bill and your payment in the night drop box in the front vestibule at Town Hall, which is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Applications for a new water/sewer account may be initiated via an in person visit. They require a copy of your driver's license, and renters must also supply a copy of the lease and a $200 (in town) or $240 (out of town) deposit.

Business licenses can be dropped in the drop box, submitted in person, or emailed to Dee at dsherman@strasburgva.com. You can call Dee with questions at 540-465-9197.

Permits and applications can be put in the night drop box with payment. Please contact Lee Pambid at lpambid@strasburgva.com or 465-9197 with questions and clarifications.
