Important Payment Information
- Bills are due by the 20th of each month.
- Late payments: 10% penalty.
- If the account is unpaid after the 60th day following the bill due date, service may be cut off without further notice, and a fee of $50.00 will be charged before service is resumed. Returned/declined payments: $35 fee.

- Credit Card: 3.00% fee
- Phone (IVR): $1.00 surcharge
