The Planning Commission is currently composed of seven (7) members, who are appointed by the Town Council to review and make recommendations to the Town Council on Zoning Text Amendments, Rezonings, Special Use Permits, and Comprehensive Plan Review and Amendments. Additionally, the Planning Commission is tasked with reviewing other planning, zoning, land use, and development-related matters as directed by the Town Council. The Planning Commission generally meets on a monthly basis, is governed by Part 204 of the Zoning Ordinance, and reviews all applications within the contexts of the Zoning Ordinance, the Comprehensive Plan, and any other applicable planning documents.
