The Strasburg Police Department prides itself on public service, professionalism, and dedication to our community. We currently have 18 full-time officers, two part-time officers, and two administrative specialists serving a population of approximately 7,200 residents.
We are a proactive and professional department with an excellent relationship with our citizens, community partners, and other law enforcement agencies throughout the region. We are proud to serve the Town of Strasburg, and we remain committed to helping make it a safe place to live, work, visit, and play.

The mission of the Strasburg Police Department is to maintain a highly motivated and professional staff dedicated to the Strasburg community through a proactive law enforcement approach, while treating all citizens with courtesy, dignity, and respect. The Department is committed to keeping our streets and neighborhoods safe through service, accountability, and strong community partnerships.
Wrecker Rotation List
The Strasburg Police Department maintains a Town Wrecker Rotation List for towing services operating within the Town of Strasburg. Wrecker services wishing to be considered for inclusion on the rotation list must complete and submit a Wrecker Rotation Application to the Strasburg Police Department for review and approval.
