The Town of Strasburg has currently adopted incentives for downtown revitalization efforts:
- Facade Improvement Grant (FIG) - A 50/50 matching grant open to commercial and mixed-use properties within the Community Commercial zone to improve and enhance their external building components. Applications are due on September 15th, with a maximum request of $10,000. View the application and guidelines below for more information.
