Development Review & Permitting

The Town partners with Shenandoah County for certain development-related services. Stormwater Management and Best Management Practice (BMP) review and inspection services are provided through Shenandoah County. This version feels more professional, more welcoming to applicants and residents, and better reflects the department's broader mission than simply listing permit types. It also aligns nicely with the mission, vision, and strategic planning work you've been doing for the Town.
