Town of Strasburg (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

 

QUEEN STREET STORM NETWORK REPAIR/REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Racey Engineering - ITB No. 2025-002

The project includes the following work: 

This project involves the removal and replacement of a 60” corrugated metal storm pipe that runs from the edge of Queen Street under an existing parking lot to the south.

 

PRE-BID CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL)


There will be a pre-bid conference held on April 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm local time at the Town of Strasburg Town Office.  If interested contractors want to visit the project site, they are welcome to do so after the pre-bid conference.

 
BIDS DUE
  • Sealed responses will be received electronically through email at botis [at] strasburgva.com (Brian Otis) no later than Wednesday, June 20, at 3:00 PM local time.  

  • The email subject must have “Sealed Bid: Queen Street Storm Network Replacement ITB 2025-001”.  

  • Electronic response should have only one file in total.

  • File name must start with Contractor’s name.  

  • Aggregate size of your response without compressing the file must not be more than 8 megabytes.  

  • Response must be in PDF format and should not be protected 0001-2 with any password.  

  • Deviation from this limit may cause kickback on the email submission and failed delivery on your response. Bidder bears the risk of incomplete response, late delivery, or delivery at a wrong email address other than specified in this ITB.
